The Negri Sembilan authorities are enforcing a rule that prisoners can only communicate with relatives and friends only in Bahasa Malaysia or English. Imagine 2 Chinese or 2 Indians talking to each other in Bahasa Malysia if they cannot speak English.
We need to build a more competitive spirit in the country in order to move forward ecoomically and also show a more united front to lure investors into our country due to our political stability.
